Camping Trip #1

We decided to take a quick over night trip to Harrison this weekend because of the great weather. The kids loved it and I had a great time relaxing on the beach. Here are a few shots. I set up the camera on a log with a timer:)

My Little Friends

Here are two little girls that are very popular on my blog. They are regular visitors. We took a little trip last week to do their official 1&3 year old pictures. Here are my favorites. Yes, they're stinkin' cute as usual! Happy Birthday girls:)

Another Beautiful Boy

This couple was in the studio a short while ago for a baby bump shoot and now here is their darling little boy. Loved the chubby cheeks and spiky on this little guy. He is perfect, so perfect I could have kept him:) Enjoy your new little man and congrats guys!

The Red Wall

I'm always looking for new places to photograph and I've had my eye one this wall forever. I finally stopped for a few images the other day. Jack was my main model again and he was so good. Andy....well let's just say he has moved on to another career:)I love how vibrant it is. I didn't even have to photo shop the colours!
Managed to get one of Andy at the park.
Just a couple of Jack looking out his bedroom window. I used my 1.8 50mm. So light and easy for the quick snap shots at home.

Mark & Carla's Family

It's been a while since I've posted. Sick kids and sick moms mean work doesn't get done as quickly!
Here is a cute family I "shot" this weekend. You'll remember the mommy from her "yummy mommy maturity" shoot a while back. The little man is out and crying up a storm. But, aren't they a sweet family!
The older kids were so fantastic and loved running through the long grass.


After the fresh air we took the newest member of the family to the studio for a little one on one time. He was very good and here are a few of my favorites.

What an amazing day! This stunning couple were such a joy to shoot. I know, I know I've said it a million times but I love my job! Jill and Ryan, along with their wonderful family and friends, chose Deep Cove for their photography and the weather was so perfect. Check out how cute these guys are!
A special shout out to my ladies in Yellow, Purple and Blue. They worked it like fashion models and the camera loved them! And no one fell into the water ;)Did I say the weather was perfect or what. Check out that sky...and the stunning ladies.
The sun was peaking out for a short while at the beginning of the shoot and we were able to catch this perfect lighting. A photographers dream!
Soon the clouds and wind came but it only added to the mood of these shots.

We stopped by the shore line in North Vancouver to catch these shots. By this time the sun had burned away a few of those clouds.

We were off to Grouse Mountain for the ceremony and it was spectacular. Here's dad and his little girl. You could feel the love this family has for one another.

There was great emotion the whole way through the ceremony. Smiles all around!
