Wow...what a fun day....I love my job!
Marlene and Mark tied the knot in a lovely little church in Delta. It was ideal for the romantic photos below. I love the warmth of the building.

After the ceremony we went to one of my favorite spots Bear Creak Park. There are just so many great photo ops in this park it doesn't matter how many weddings I shoot there they are all different.The bride was stunning and had such a great attitude despite the cold. You rock Marlene!And how bout some fun play ground pics too!! I love the majestic trees the park offers. Some yellow....
and some white.
The reception was held at the Days Inn in Surrey and it was full of laughs and great Portuguese dancing.

An Amazing Lady

This weekend I had the honor of photographing a 90th birthday celebration for an amazing lady. It was a full house and the day was filled with many laughs and happy tears.

The shot below was taken shortly after her grandson surprised her by flying in from Winnipeg. There were guest who flew in from across Canada to honor her special day.
The three generations enjoying a hilarious speech from her grandson a talented actor and doctor.
She also has an amazingly talented granddaughter who sang for her. You could feel the love and emotion between them.

A model subject

I had some fun playing around with lighting techniques yesterday evening. The weather was perfect and I had a patient subject who did a great job. Thanks Kevin! I had fun working with you!

Family Photos

Here are some shots taken this past weekend of some cute babies and adoring mothers and grandmas. It was cold out but the kids were great....can't say so much for the adults...just Kidding Jenn!! Love working with you always!
