Christine & Dan - 19.09.09

Dan and Christine celebrated their big day about a week ago and it was extra special for me because the bride and I lived across the street from one another when we were young. I actually babysat her and her sister so it was a real treat to watch her tie the knot.

Love the elegant simplicity of this stunning dress.



Christine looked amazing!



The ceremony was held at a church with very unique lighting. It was almost like a concert and made for some really fun shots.

I loved watching Christine and her dad walk down the aisle. You can see the joy in their faces.



Not to mention Christine and her man Dan. Happy, happy people!



The first thing the couple did as husband and wife was to share communion.

I've been having a great time going through Wendy and Tyler's images and thought I'd share some more.





It was so cute when Tyler had a little trouble getting Wendy's ring on.







I love shooting at the Abbey in Mission. No matter how many times I go there, there always seems to be another way to capture the beauty.



These kids were so much fun, and I'm talking about the big kids too!

Ishara is Here

My lifelong friend Tamara just gave birth to her third beautiful child. I told her long before the baby arrived she would have to bring the little one to the studio. I though for sure "it" would be a boy but I'm am terribly wrong at guessing the gender of babies. Here is her little girl Ishara and a couple of her big brother and sister too.





I love the pout.

Peter & Marilyn - 15.09.09 - Part One

I knew it was going to be a great wedding when I received a message from Peter a couple of days before the big day. His voice was so full of love and excitement as he talked about marrying his gorgeous woman. Although I hadn't had the chance to meet them, the phone message confirmed they were going to be an amazing couple to work with. I had such a terrific afternoon in Harrison with them and their wonderful friends. Here are just a few images of the ceremony and more to come soon.

Wendy & Tyler - 12.09.09 - Part One

Wendy and Tyler's beautiful wedding took place in Mission, BC and came complete with sunshine, an outrageous wedding party and loads of fun. Here are a few shots of the girls getting ready. More to follow in a week or so.

I love photographing the details. These were all taken with my 60mm Macro lens. It's amazing!



The bride got ready in this beautiful hotel suite. It had great windows that made lighting for pictures fantastic.
