I'm going to kidnap this cutie!

This child is a hoot. I really would like to keep her for my own but her momma might have a bit of a problem with that. Check out the fun we had in the studio last night. This is the second shot I took. Love it!
Strutting her stuff.
Doing a little dance.

She is such a little stunner! Wow!

Jack, my adorable son and assistant that night, was making her laugh. He did a great job.

"See ya later!"

Visit to Quesnel

Back in November my family and I took a trip up to Quesnel to visit my sister and her family and my parents. We had a great but cold visit. I forgot to post these pictures but better late than never:) This is Hunter.

The kids playing in Grandpa's garage. Hunter and my mom.
My other nephew Ethan.
A group shot of the boy grand kids.

Stinkin Cute!!
This is old tire works great as a sandbox. Fun idea!
Some old farm equipment the boys liked playing on.
We took a little walk by the river.
Sister shot.

We had a little bonfire in the backyard. The kids loved every minute of it!
Ummm
Good till the last lick!
The snow came during the last few days and the boys were ecstatic.
One last shot of me and my cutie nephew Ethan.

A little glimps of Christmas

Here are just a few shots of the many Christmas celebrations that took places this week at our home. On Tuesday a couple friends and their children stopped by for some food and fun. Wednesday, aka Christmas Eve, the "in-laws" braved the crazy weather and came for dinner. On Christmas day my family, along with some great friends, enjoyed some tobogganing and another big dinner. What a whirl wind of fun. Just a few random shots for you.

The VanderHorst Family....again:)

What do you do when you have a beautiful baby girl a few short weeks after having a family portrait taken? You take another family portrait!

Jenn and Troy couldn't imagine giving their family pictures that didn't include their new bundle of joy so they stopped by the other evening for a quick little session. Here are some of my favorites.
Happy dad and son.
Yes, she's smiling:)

A Day with the Ducks

Here are a few shots from a bird sanctuary we visited a few days ago. They should really just call it a duck sanctuary because the ducks were everywhere. The kids loved feeding them because normally they are not allowed to feed them in our local parks.
An unprompted sharing moment between the boys, unbelievable:)
They followed us everywhere.

Freeze Ducks!

I think Jack was a little afraid at this moment.
Eileen feeding the critters too.
Rhaelea tried the whole time to get a bird to land on her hand but I think the boys were too loud and scared them away. At the very end of our walk, with the boys out of the way, this little guy stopped by. She was so excited.
