Trash The Dress - Melissa & Tyrel

Another fantastic Trash the Dress shoot this morning. I know Melissa is waiting patiently to see a few photos so I thought I'd put up just a few right away. More will follow I promise!

Trash The Dress Snow Style

I had an amazing time in the snow today. I've been dreaming of doing a Trash The Dress shoot for a while and I'm doing two this weekend! Too much fun:)
For those of you who don't know, a Trash The Dress shoot is just a fun experience for brides (and sometimes grooms) that want some fun shots after their wedding and don't mind getting their dress a little dirty. Some people can get a little crazy but we're pretty tame. Kristie's wedding was the second wedding I ever shot and it was great to work with her again. She was so brave not to mention tough to handle the freezing weather. It was so worth these shots!

This whole shoot was about being artistic and trying new things. Loving the flare!Glam baby!

I really have a hard time picking favorites but these next two are pretty close to the top

This is how I took those shots:) Thanks Eileen for the picture!

Kristie has an amazing laugh! LOVE IT!

Yeah, she's stunning. Made my job pretty easy, huh!?

I'm going to kidnap this cutie!

This child is a hoot. I really would like to keep her for my own but her momma might have a bit of a problem with that. Check out the fun we had in the studio last night. This is the second shot I took. Love it!
Strutting her stuff.
Doing a little dance.

She is such a little stunner! Wow!

Jack, my adorable son and assistant that night, was making her laugh. He did a great job.

"See ya later!"

Visit to Quesnel

Back in November my family and I took a trip up to Quesnel to visit my sister and her family and my parents. We had a great but cold visit. I forgot to post these pictures but better late than never:) This is Hunter.

The kids playing in Grandpa's garage. Hunter and my mom.
My other nephew Ethan.
A group shot of the boy grand kids.

Stinkin Cute!!
This is old tire works great as a sandbox. Fun idea!
Some old farm equipment the boys liked playing on.
We took a little walk by the river.
Sister shot.

We had a little bonfire in the backyard. The kids loved every minute of it!
Ummm
Good till the last lick!
The snow came during the last few days and the boys were ecstatic.
One last shot of me and my cutie nephew Ethan.

A little glimps of Christmas

Here are just a few shots of the many Christmas celebrations that took places this week at our home. On Tuesday a couple friends and their children stopped by for some food and fun. Wednesday, aka Christmas Eve, the "in-laws" braved the crazy weather and came for dinner. On Christmas day my family, along with some great friends, enjoyed some tobogganing and another big dinner. What a whirl wind of fun. Just a few random shots for you.
